Our surface coating and bead blasting for stainless steel and high alloy materials is performed to the specifications of the nuclear, oil and gas, subsea and industrial sectors.
We have exceptional shot blast and painting facilities at our headquarters in Caithness. This 600m2 dedicated building is equipped to the highest modern standards. It contains dedicated shot blasting and spray booths, and has a range of extraction systems that exceed current regulatory requirements.
Our skilled operators are familiar and experienced with high integrity coating systems, and we can also offer specialised internal crawler equipment for pipe and vessel internal blasting and painting activities.
Shot blasting and painting can be carried out to bespoke standards and specifications. Blast profiles, paint thickness and surface finish inspections can be undertaken, and we can produce reports to confirm that the specification requirements have been achieved.
We also have stainless steel bead blasting capabilities within this facility, with dedicated stainless steel blast equipment and a variety of blast media options available.
