Job Overview

JGC are offering an exciting opportunity for a Modern Apprentice to join our Administration team.  As a Modern Apprentice you will work towards a SCQF Level 5 or SCQF Level 6 depending on experience and qualifications. 

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support across the organization
  • Manage emails, correspondence, and filing systems 
  • Assist with document control and maintaining accurate records
  • Support meetings (scheduling, agendas, and minute-taking)
  • Update systems and databases (e.g. SharePoint or internal systems)
  • Handle enquiries professionally (phone and email)
  • Support wider team activities and projects

Candidate Requirements

  • Good Communication skills 
  • Basic IT Skills (e.g. Microsoft Office)
  • Willingness to learn and develop 
  • Organised and reliable approach 
  • Ability to work as part of a team 

Working Hours

Mon – Thu 0700 – 1715 (39 hour week)
