With the stringent Health & Safety legislation in force within industry, comprehensive trials, testing and training is required on all processes prior to implementation. Conducting a programme of trials and training not only allows operative and process/equipment evaluation but also ensures the respective operations can be conducted safely and efficiently thus minimising exposure to operatives in hazardous environments. Cost savings can also be achieved through a trials and training programme.

JGC Engineering & Technical Services Ltd have recognised the potential for such a facility to conduct such operations and recently purchased a derelict site for development. Facilities have been constructed on site and trials/training have been undertaken within the facilities with great success.

Our newest facility, the TTTF, has been developed to allow large, full scale trials/training to be undertaken by all industries. The facility has been equipped to be able to accommodate most scenarios.

The facility is ideally located close to main road, rail and sea terminals to allow for the transportation of large items of equipment requiring trials.

JGC see the future of such trails being a pre-requisite for new processes and are placed to provide such a service or facilities for all our customers.
