The Company recognises and actively promotes the need for continual improvement in skill enhancement, personal development and technical innovation, and is committed to a structured training programme to achieve these objectives. We have successfully achieved the Investor in People Award, which is in recognition of our commitment to continual improvement of our staff.

Training is undertaken by a combination of the following:-

  • The use of outside consultants and local Technical College
  • In-House Training
  • JGC Induction Training
  • Client Induction Training
  • Tool Box Talks - Task Specific and Themed
  • Indentured Apprenticeship

Our apprentice training scheme has been recognised and acclaimed by the National Training Association (NTA), the Scottish Council of National Training Organisations (SCONTO) and the Scottish Electrical Charitable Training Trust (SECTT).

To support this claim, we are proud winners of the following awards: -
